Response Times

We aim to reply to shop and order enquiries within one to two business days, and to correction requests within two business days. Partnership and general enquiries usually receive a reply within five business days. Privacy requests are answered within 30 days, as required by Canadian privacy law. Because of the volume of news tips we receive, we may not be able to reply to every tip individually, but every one is read.
