Apple has just released the new update for iTunes software. The new version of Apple iTunes is 10.1.2. Let us see what new features we have with the new iTunes version. The new iTunes is said to be released specifically to support Verizon iPhone 4 which is going to hot the market from Feb 10.

The new software update of iTunes introduces the ability to synchronize and recognize the new CDMA iPhone 4. Other than this the new iTunes has few software bug fixes and improvements in the overall performance.

“iTunes 10.1.2 syncs music, movies, and more with iPhone 4 (CDMA model) and provides a number of important stability and performance improvements,” says Apple.

As we can see Apple says the “CDMA iPhone 4,” so there is a chance that iPhone might be hitting other CDMA network carriers other than the Verizon Wireless in Unites States.

The update is available both for Windows and Mac. You can download iTunes 10.1.2 by clicking “Check Updates” or other way is to directly download it from the Apple Website.
