iPhone & PS3 Jailbreaker George Hotz (GeoHot) Found Doing Coding At iOSDevCamp

Where is GeoHot ? Last time we have seen him working for the biggest social network Facebook. But apparently he is still involved something related to Apple devices. This time its the iOS development.

George Hotz as known as GeoHot was last found to be working for Facebook. But seems like that is not the only case as he was found doing coding at the iOSDevCamp in San Jose, CA.

The image is posted by Max Weisel who is an iOS developer in iOSDevCamp. The iOS Development Camp is organized at the PayPal Headquarters. Max Weisel posted GeoHot’s picture and tweeted: “Geohot’s learning to code all over again.”

GeoHot started his career from unlocking iPhone device which was a hardware based solution. After that he released many jailbreaking tools. His famous one is Limera1n, which is a bootrom level exploit and is still used in the current jailbreaking tools. After that he went to PlayStation 3 jailbreaking and released PS3 jailbreak for firmware 3.55. Sony getting fierce after watching their console being hacked, sued him. The controversial lawsuit remained headline of many news stories. After settling down with Sony, he was again disappeared from the scene. After that wee have heard that he might jailbreak the iPad 2 device. After that he was said to be working for the Facebook.
