iOS 7 / 7.0.4 untethered jailbreak release is a big question among iOS users but this year there have been no status updates, rumors or expected release dates. The truth is we have received no such updates from the evad3rs team who is still working on it.

Stefan Esser who goes by the name i0n1c has recently updated that someone stole the exploits from Evad3rs team and sold it to a private buyer. This tweet frustrated many users who started wondering that it could mean no iOS 7 jailbreak.

Although Esser is quite famous in the iOS jailbreak community for his earlier work on iOS 4.3 and iOS 4.3.1 untethered jailbreak, many jailbreak users expresses their dislike for him for trolling and spreading false rumours.

“That’s complete bullsh–.” says Pod2g who gave his statement to iDesignTimes. “The jailbreak stuff is moving on, but slowly.”

So if you have recently heard about stolen iOS 7 jailbreak exploits and private buyers, these are all just rumours and have no grounds.

Although they have confirmed that no exploits are stolen from them, they haven’t told anything about the possible release date. Obviously they won’t be telling us anything about the expected release time before the completion of the jailbreak.

Apparently it is going to take some more time. As usual, we will keep you informed on anything related to the upcoming iOS 7 jailbreak.
