Great news for the folks who are waiting for iOS 7 Jailbreak. PlanetBeing, one of the members who is working on the upcoming jailbreak, has updated the progress they have achieved so far.
PlanetBeing, the developer who is working along with other members in a team that is known as Evad3rs, is currently working on the iOS 7 jailbreak and they may have all the pieces of the puzzle in one place.
This is what PlanetBeing wrote on his Twitter account:
We’re still working hard on the jailbreak. May have all the pieces at this point (but not certain yet).
Evad3rs is the same team that was responsible for iOS 6.x untethered jailbreak. The team consists of some of very famous names in the jailbreaking community including Pod2g, Pimskeks, MuscleNerd and PlanetBeing.
Although the tweet is just a status on their progress for those who have been asking the question again and again, it doesn’t necessarily means that its ready for the public release. They still have a lot of work that needs to be done in order to complete the task.
Remember jailbreaking iOS requires tremendous amount of work since Apple updates their security system every now and then. These developers have to develop multiple exploits in order to inject the unsigned code through Apple security. This unsigned code in result add Cydia on our devices. The old days are gone in which a single vulnerability used to be enough in order to penetrate.
Don’t get your hopes very high. The future announcements will be more important to hear. We will keep you updated if there is any news related to iOS 7 jailbreak. Stay tuned!
