Earlier we told you that Apple has released iOS 6 beta 4 to the developers. We have also updated the change log. Now we have news for the jailbreak developers.

iPhone Dev Team’s front man MuscleNerd has confirmed that iOs 6 beta 4 can be jailbroken using Redsn0w 0.9.13 dev 3 with few things that you need to take care.

All you need to do is to make sure you are pointing Redsn0w to iOS 6 beta 3 firmware IPSW and then jailbreak iOS beta 4.

Hope they will release an updated version of Redsn0w that does not require any pointing out to previous version but as the beta versions are intended for the developers so they are smart enough to handle this little requirement.

Earlier they have updated Redsn0w only for the developers who want to test their apps and tweaks for with the latest Apple software and it does not install Cydia on your device providing only limited SSH access.

Anyways, all we need to say is if you are not a registered Apple developer, the you need to stay away from both the beta versions and beta jailbreak versions.

Also this is a tethered version of jailbreak that is compatible only with the Limera1n exploitable devices that includes iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPod Touch 4G considering the compatibility with iOS 6.
