MountainCenter is a new jailbreak tweak that allows you to have OS X Mountain Lion’s Notification Center on your iPhone and iPad.
After you install it, you can go to Settings app to customize the tweak as it suits you. Under the Settings app, it will create its tab where you can enable or disable the tweak. You can also set the number of fingers you want to swipe to bring up the notification center. Other than that, notification center can be set to pop up either from left or right side. You can also select the level sensitivity.
The tweak allows Mountain Lion style banner notification on the iPad. It is also a perfect example that shows power of jailbreaking. We wish we could see the same features in Zephyr but anyways.
The developer of this apps are Jonas Gessner & iKy1e who have already published a number of apps and tweaks in Cydia including the Unfold, a lock screen animation app.
MountainCenter is available in Cydia for download at a price $2.99 under BigBoss repository. Let us know your thoughts about the tweak in the comment section below.
