BlackBerry PlayBook Jailbreak tool DingleBerry 3.0, an updated version for both Mac and Windows is now available. Download links are available below.
Chris Wade, one of the developer behind this tool has tweeted to announce latest version of their jailbreak tool for BB Playbook.
The new tool makes it easy to perform the jailbreak plus it offers functionality to downgrade the firmware to jail break it.
Jailbreaking your PlayBook will give you deep OS level access to your device. For example it will allow you to install Android apps from Android Market and you can also enable Hulu etc. Those who have jailbroken iOS devices must know the advantages of jailbreaking devices.
Unlike Apple, Research In Motion have not shown any agressive behavior against the creators of DingleBerry. As we told you earlier, it is the same firmware that is going to be installed in their upcoming smartphone series so that would be fun.
