So who requires iPhone Panorama functionality? iPhone Developer Conradec has revealed a hidden panorama mode in the native iOS camera app. All you need to do is to modify a value in iOS software development kit to unlock Panorama feature. Remember it requires gyroscope enabled devices that includes iPhone 4 and iPad 2.
The people who are even a little connected to photography knows what is Panorama, unbroken view of the whole region surrounding an observer.
At this point we cannot explain why Apple has made this feature hidden in the iOS. May be they have saved it for a public release later.
Although there is a manual way to enable Panorama in iOS which is a little complicated for non-technical users. All thanks to the active member of jailbreak community Chpwn who has released an app named Firebreak that will enable panorama functionality. The tweak is available in the Cydia store for download under BigBoss repository for free. All you need it do is to search FireBreak in Cydia and download it.
It will not create any settings under Settings app nor it will create any icon on the Springboard. It just a tweak that enables a hidden functionality. After downloading FireBreak, you can go to native camera app of your iOS device. Click on the Options above and it will show you Panorama option. Click on it to start making Panorama images.
We are just showing you the functionality. Photographers knows how to make panorama. Just take the photos from your left to right to create it.
