After that they refused to release it and told that it involves some privacy measures that are not letting them for a public release.

Apple Testing Siri on devices other than iPhone 4S:

Anyways! Folks we are here to tell you that don’t loose hope. Another news is circulating on the Internet which says Apple is itself testing Siri on other devices such as the iPhone 4. According to the source, Apple has released an iOS 5 build internally to its employees that have tested Siri on the iPhone 4 device.

According to the source, Apple has finished the testing phase and the feature has been erased from their employees’ devices. Most probably they do not want to let anyone know about its public release. They want to release it much like a surprise, Apple’s typical approach that most of the times gets appreciated.

According to another source, testing phase went really well as far as performance is concerned. Although the microphone of iPod Touch fourth generation device is not better when you compare it it the iPhone and that could stop Siri from coming to iPT4G. Let us see if they tries to improve it with software.

Estimated Time Of Arrival:

No course has confirmed about its possible time of arrival. Of course only Apple can verify it. Remember, Siri is one of the functionality that is making iPhone 4S unique as compared to the iPhone 4 device. Apparently they will hold this release to sell more iPhone 4S devices. But at least there is some hope that they have considered it for other devices as well.
