Earlier we told you how to install Siri GUI only to your iOS devices including iPhone 4/3GS, iPad 1 and iPod Touch 3G/4G. GUI only version is not fully operational as it just adds the graphic files showing you have Siri on your device without actually communicating with Apple servers. Anyways we have a good news for you this time.
Siri is now fully functional and has been ported to unsupported devices other than iPhone 4S. This time it also communicates with the Apple servers that simply means it will answer your questions. Yes! Siri is now fully operational for other devices as well.
All the credit goes to chpwn and stroughtonsmit, the developers who actually did it. This is what that have tweeted:
As a proof they have also posted a video showing iOS personal assistant working on an iPod Touch device. Their port is capable of working on all un-supported devices that includes iPad1, iPod Touch 3G 4G and iPhone 4/3GS. Check out the video below:
According to the developers, its is not going to be released soon. We will keep you updated as soon as they change their minds and show intentions to release it. Make sure you follow us and also share this post with your friends on Facebook and Twitter.
