Siri has been ported to iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPad 1, iPod touch 3G and iPod Touch 4G devices. Hacker F@rZad is the one behind this work. The developer has released the files to port Siri on non-supported devices running IOS 5 firmware. Remember its a GUI only port that means communication with Siri is not possible yet.
But still we must appreciate the work done by its developer. The files released by him can be useful for later complete port to devices other than iPhone 4S. Follow the How To Guide.
