Download iOS 5 Beta for your iOS device. You need to have a developer account to download beta version. Please do not pirate Apple software.
Download and install iTunes 10.5 on your Mac. Restore idevice to iOS 5 with iTunes software by holding down Option and pressing Restore.
Download Redsn0w and run it. Click the browse button to point it to the iOS 5 beta firmware. After the verification of firmware, click next and it will prepare the jailbreak data.
Put a check on ‘Install Cydia’ and click next.
Your iOS device must be Power Off and Plugged IN to the computer. Ensure it and click NEXT. It will prompt you to enter your Device in DFU Mode. First you have to Press and Hold POWER button first. Without releasing the POWER button, press and hold the HOME button for almost 10 seconds. Now released POWER button but continue to hold HOME button (almost 15) until it starts the installation.
