Here is another good news for the Google TV users. Google TV will now support Android apps. Sounds really great. This has been announced during Google I/O event. The Android apps support will start from this summer. Google TV will get Android 3.1 Honeycomb support so that you can enjoy Android apps on it.

So what up with Apple. We have previously heard the rumors that Apple might come up with apps in the Apple TV. As we already know that the Apple TV 2G is supported with the iOS, the same operating system they offer in iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. So there is a possibility of apps coming in the Apple TV as well. But till now there are only rumors. Although you can still enjoy apps in Apple TV by jailbreaking it first!

Coming back to the Google TV with Android apps. It seems great! We cannot predict how users are going to react.
