So you want to search Cydia Apps? Planet-iPhones has launched an online web interface ‘Cydia Search‘ that helps you search jailbreak apps, tweaks, themes etc. Its not an alternate to Cydia, it just makes it easy to browse jailbreak apps from Cydia store. You can access Cydia Search from any browser and any computer and provides you all navigating and browsing features.
You can search by author, name, description, version etc. as it has sorted all apps by category, repository or author.
Once you have selected a package, you can open it, it will show you all details including the price, version number, repository where its stored etc. Of course this is not for the very first time such an interface is introduced but still its quite good as it provides a quick experience.
A desktop support was always required with Cydia, so its good to see Cydia Search from where we can search jailbreak apps, themes, tweaks etc.
