iPhone Dev Team member MuscleNerd has confirmed the arrival of Ultrasn0w unlock for iOS 4.3.1 with all the bug fixes. If you are unaware, few of the users are having signal bar and some other issues after jailbreak iOS 4.3.1. New updated Ultrasn0w will fix all these issues. It is expected that they will release it within few days.

The 4.3.1 issues (signal bars, etc) are fixed http://is.gd/OYktXf but need a few days to test all devices + FW (again: not a new unlock!)
NOTE for people who are still confused with it. Its not a new unlock tool. It will unlock basebands on iOS 4.3.1 which were already unlockable which includes 01.59.00 / 04.26.08 / 05.11.07 / 05.12.01 / 05.13.04 / 06.15.00. It will not unlock higher basebands 2.10.04 / 3.10.01 / 4.10.01.
You need to have a jailbroken iOS device in order for iOS 4.3.1 unlock to work. You can jailbreak your device using Redsn0w 0.9.6 RC9, PwnageTool 4.3 or Sn0wbreeze 2.5.
Previously we have shown you a HOW TO GUIDE to unlock iOS 4.3.1 on lower baseband using Ultrasn0w Fixer released by iH8sn0w and msft_guy under pushfix repo. That was a fixer and you can use it if you don’t want to wait for iPhone Dev Team’s update.
Update: Ultrasn0w 1.2.1 Unlock iOS 4.3.1 iPhone 4 and iPhone 3GS Released. So do not use above guide.
