TinyUmbrella gets updated to version 4.30.04 to support Apple TV 2G update 4.3.1. Its announced by Notcom, the developer behind the tool. Tiny Umbrella allows you to save SHSH blobs of Apple TV 2G update 4.3.1 (8F202).
So if you have mistakenly or accidentally updated the latest firmware which do not have any stable jailbreak solution, its better to use TinyUmbrella so it lets you save SHSH blobs and downgrade to previous jailbreakable firmware version.
