iH8sn0w has released a video which showed iOS 4.3 running on an iPhone 3GS device using Ultrasn0w. We were not expecting this at all as we already know Ultrasn0w is broken and do not work on the latest 4.3 firmware. The developer has managed Ultrasn0w Fixer to patch Ultrasn0w on iOS 4.3.
If you are unaware, Ultrasn0w Fixer was developer by msft_guy when Apple was releasing betas of iOS 4.3. After some time he made it open source.
Note that it works on iPhone 3GS baseband 4.26.08. The developer is working to use this technique on an iPhone 4 device as well. This simply means you will be able to unlock iPhone 4 on iOS 4.3, 4.2.1 and 4.1 on basebands 4.10.01, 3.10.01 and 2.10.04 respectively using the Ultrasn0w fixer.
iH8sn0w has also confirmed that 3GS users with iPad baseband will soon be able to use iOS 4.3 with Ultrasn0w. He has also tweeted that the its currently under testing phase and it will be released for public probably tomorrow.
