iPhone Dev Team is so active to bring more fixes with new versions of RedSn0w 0.9.7 for untethered iOS 4.2.1 jailbreak. Now third beta of redsn0w 0.9.7 has been released. Redsn0w 0.9.7b3 fixes winterboard themes, facetime and embedded video problems. The version is only for those who have iOS 4.2b3 SHSH blobs saved, iOS 4.2b3 IPSW and a Mac.
Previously we have seen Redsn0w 0.9.7b1 releasing for untethered jailbreak on iOS 4.2.1 for iPhone 4, iPad and iPod Touch. Beta1 involved few problems that people have reported. After that iPhone Dev Team has released Redsn0w 0.9.7b2 that fix native app crashes faced by the users in the Redsn0w 0.9.7b1.
The third beta is now available (testers ONLY please!). This version extends the fix made in beta2 over to the non-GUI programs too (like the daemons that handle media content). So now embedded videos in iTunes work.

We do not highly recommend you to use this update. Only testers and more expert users can use it. Wait for some stable version.
