Previously we have seen Apple releasing iOS 4.2 for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. Apple has also brought a feature with the name of Airprint which is a wireless printing facility from in iOS for iPad, iPhone and iPod touch users. The users can simply tap to print their documents or photos wirelessly to an HP ePrint printer or to a printer shared on a Mac or PC.

Unfortunately we do not have too many ePrint enabled HP printers. But today HP has updated six of their printers to support AirPrint functionality.

We hope to see more ePrint enabled printers in the future. Below is a list of recently updated HP ePrint enabled printers:

HP ePrint AirPrint printers

Although their are some other methods that allow you to use AirPrint without buying the specific printers introduced by HP. One of them is AirPrint Hactivator which got a lot of popularity but few days back it has been removed by its developer on Apple’s request. But you can grab ‘Printopia’ & ‘FingerPrint‘ that allows AirPrint features to shared printers from iOS 4.2 devices.
