Google Releases New Version Of Android Gingerbread 2.3 With SDK

Google has released much awaited new version of Android operating. The new version is Android 2.3 as known as Gingerbread. Google has made Android 2.3 Software Development Kit (SDK) available for download. The new version of the operating system has brought many new features including one touch word-selection, copy & paste, new ways to access power management, faster text input, an improved task managerand of course the new User Interface (UI).

Gingerbread is the fastest version of Android yet, and it delivers a number of improvements, such as user interface refinements, NFC support, a new keyboard and text selection tool, Internet (VoIP/SIP) calling, improved copy/paste functionality and gyroscope sensor support”.
