Samsung has announced the availability of Samsung Galaxy Tab for UK users. The tablet device will be available from Monday, 1st November. Samsung Galaxy Tab will be available from all big network carriers.
Samsung Galaxy Tab will feature a 1GHz processor, Android 2.2 OS, Front Facing Camera which will support video calls, 7 Inch TFT-LCD Display. ‘Media Hub‘ and ‘Music Hub‘ are the two primary application in Samsung Galaxy Tab. Media Hub app will contain all the social network apps, messengers, calender, email clients etc.

Many technology analyst has also predicted that it can be a good competitor for the new version of Apple iPad. We have seen many tablets but its really complicated to stand in front of the brand name of Apple’s iPad. But the popularity of Samsung Galaxy S phone shows that their tablet device can also be a big hit. A competition of Samsung Galaxy Tab and BlackBerry’s PlayBook is also expected.
